All items from Mana Burn Workshop are handcrafted in our family-run studio. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During busy periods or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Made-to-Order Items
Some products are made to order. These items may require additional processing time before shipment. Any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mana Burn Workshop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
